I am so excited to talk to Nidica Chopra today, founder and editor-in-chief of Your

Bella Life, a beautiful online community and lifestyle magazine that I love.

It was founded in 2009 and much like me and what I

promote here in the Wellness Wonderland, Nidica believes that love and happiness are possible in

every moment of life and she has dedicated her life to helping other people stay in that mindset.

So I am personally thrilled for today's conversation because I know that we're going to get

so many amazing, insightful pieces of information from Nidica.

And I connect with her so much in so many different ways.

amazing story and to kind of take us back to your journey to your Bella life.

And I'll just kind of let you jump in there and just kind of talk us through your wellness

journey and where you've been.

And it's such an interesting story.

If you could just kind of walk us through some of the highlights. Sure, my pleasure. Yeah, well, so my story really starts when I was about 10 years old.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis, which is a dry skin condition that happens to be an autoimmune
