Good morning and welcome to Kid News. I'm Tori.

It's Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and we begin with where, aware is that lottery ticket.

It's been four months since a staggering 1.5 billion dollar mega millions jackpot winner was announced.

But so far, no one has come forward to claim it.

The winning ticket for the October 23rd drawing was sold at Simpsonville's K.C. Mart in

South Carolina that leaves only two more months until the six month deadline hits and the

winner would lose their chance to get the prize.

If the jackpot is not claimed by the end of April, the money goes back to all the states that take

part in the mega millions drawing

and is divided up based on ticket sales.
