So now we come to Jose Rivera, who files a lawsuit claiming he is the rightful owner of the lottery money, and he says that someone stole the

ticket from him. He is filing a lawsuit against, I guess, the powerball or the store in Altadena, That's Joe's service center because he says the next day

after he bought the ticket, which makes no sense. The ticket was purchased in the store.
