breakfast? Okay, good. All right. This is a story out of Laguna Beach. Lagoa Beach in Southern California is one of those areas that is very high end.

I mean, zillionaires live in Laguna Beach.

And this is where the city council adopted an ordinance restricting the sale public use of balloons.

I mean, regular balloons.

Now, there are a lot of jurisdictions that don't let mylar balloons being used at all.

Mylar balloons, when they float and they hit those power lines,

they will actually short a short circuit if they cross,

if two power lines hit the balloon or the balloon hits,

you know, how power lines are within a few inches apart or a foot or two apart, if the balloon

actually is able to have contact with two power lines, you will see a short circuit,

an explosion, and power is out. That's mylar balloons. Not so much the

case with regular balloons, but balloons, you know, animals eat balloons and all of that, and they die.

And I don't know if little kids swallow balloons. You know, I don't know. My kids are a little bit
