Oh, this is an interesting case.

Okay, up north in California near San Mateo County area, there is a part of the road called Devil's Slide.

And if you run off the road, you're going down this hillside, devil's slide.

And your car then, assuming you're driving, your car then has an argument with the bottom of the hill and generally loses.

So with that, there is a family.

The driver is a doctor, and there's his wife, and there are the two kids.

So, 41-year-old, Darmish A. Patel, who is the driver of the car,

decides, and it looks like he's being accused of deciding this, takes the car and drives right off the cliff and goes straight down,

and the car hits the bottom, and it is a miracle that everybody in the car survived.

I mean, that's impressive.

You talk about luck.

Okay, so with that being said, it certainly looks like it was done on purpose. The prosecutors arrest him. He is in prison. He's in jail. He's facing three counts of attempted murder and domestic violence stemming from the crash when he was

behind the wheel with his wife and two kids ages four and seven Tesla Model Y.

I happen to have one. And this hill, I mean, the car goes down 250 feet when it hits the bottom and the family survives.

Figure that one out.

So the kids are rushed to the hospital, minor to moderate injuries.

Go figure.

Parents, injury suffering from moderate to critical.

He's being held without bail and has pleaded not guilty.

And if he's convicted, he's looking at life in prison.
