And this is right here in L.A. County and the L.A.D.A. actually indicted file charges against Ron Jeremy.

Ron Jeremy, probably the premier porn star of the 70s, 60s, maybe, no, 70s, 80s, maybe 90s,

over 2,000 porn star appearances, 2,000 films.

No one's come close to him.

Anyway, he's been charged with all manner of rape and assault, sexual misconduct, with minors.

And this is spanning over a 20-year period.

And he's pled not guilty, 69 years old.

And he argued that he is incompetent to stand trial.

He is already into a mental position where he can't stand trial.

One of the things that happens is there's two constitutional issues.

One, well, before you start standing trial, you have to be competent and help with your defense.

And if you are not, you're not going to trial.

And then the judge parks you off to some mental institution.

And as soon as the mental experts say, okay, you are now fit to stand trial, then you go to

trial. And then if you're crazy enough to meet that bar, then you go into an insanity plea and

there's all kinds of rules, almost impossible to do that. So Ron Jeremy real quick, I'm going to tell you a

personal story. When Ron Jeremy first broke into films, there were no videos, cassettes.

There certainly weren't in the CDC.
