you have absolutely no case. And I hate it when you have a case, truly. And when I tell you I have no case, well, I'm being honest, you have no case and I walk away happy. A story I want to

share with you is the school system that I went to as a kid,

LA Unified, the second largest school system in the country and got into a lot of trouble.

The quality of education has really, really dropped dramatically to the point if you have money, you send your kids to

private school.

I mean, it's really gotten that bad amongst many people.

And so here's what happened.

I think one of the reasons are is that LA Unified, as other major systems across the country are suffering the same thing,

they're out of money. And why are they out of money? Well, every school system, every city,

puts money away for settlements. City has a budget when cops are accused of misconduct and people get shot, excessive force, people are killed who shouldn't have been or it's questionable.

And the city simply settles up because they don't want to go in front of a jury and get nailed.
