Oh, this is a fun one.

For some reason, I'm getting a lot of fun ones these days.

This is actually Germany.

And usually I don't go outside of the country, but occasionally I get these cases from outside of the country, and I just love this.

All right. So now, you've got the German city of Mannheim, southwest part of Germany,

and the authorities arrested a 72-year-old woman, and this is in front of the local court.

And bottom line is she is, was a hospital patient and was arrested because twice she turned

off the oxygen on a fellow patient.

They were in the same room and she turned off the fellow patients oxygen and she obviously admitted to it.

Well, not obviously, but she admitted to it.

And she has a defense.

And I kind of like this defense.

It was too noisy.

The oxygen machine that her roommate has was just too noisy.

And it happened to be 8 o'clock in the evening on a Tuesday,

and she just felt disturbed about the noise emanating from the machine.

And the suspect, and this is part of the police report,

was informed by the hospital staff that oxygen supply was vital to the patient.

She said, okay, understood.

She turned off the machine again an hour later.
