Danny Masterson, who was star of that 70's show, was convicted last September of raping two women in 2003.

And upon his conviction, he has, a week after he goes into prison, he's convicted, he immediately

asks for bail.

He wants to get out on bail.

And the judge denies him bail, even while his appeal is going on.

And usually when you appeal a case and you're not a real danger, they'll normally let you out unless you are a real danger, a real bad guy.

Well, the judge said he is one of the real bad guys.

Because the judge, Charlene Omedo, wrote in her order denying him bail and saying he's going to stay in prison. She said he is a flight risk.

And why is he a flight risk? Because if his conviction and sentence are upheld on appeal,

he's going to stay in custody. He will be in prison for decades and probably for the rest or perhaps the rest of his life.

And she said that Masterson has every incentive to flee and little reason to return to state prison.

Serving out the remainder of his lengthy sentence should his appeal be unsuccessful.

And the bottom line reading between the lines is she doesn't feel his appeal be unsuccessful. And the bottom line, reading through, reading

between the lines is she doesn't feel his appeal is going to go anywhere. So, all right, so he

goes to prison. You know where he's put? He is put into Corcoran State Prison up in Central California. Look up Corcoran state prison up in central california look up corcoran state prison it houses the

worst of the worst the most violent dangerous prisoners that the state has it is a maximum plus maximum security prison. In prison cells 23 hours a day.

I mean, it is a brutal way to live. Charles Manson, for example, was at Corcoran until he died. And so, in last December,

he was admitted to North Kern State Prison to serving out his 30-year-to-life prison sentence.

That was September 7th. And now the judge said, you know what? He's way more dangerous than that I want him in
