Yes, a matter of the head and how you are leading but more so the heart, right?

I truly believe this is my personal opinion so of course listen to my podcast

Maybe this is different than what you think but I think that the heart is about results in relationships

And so if you are in a leadership role, which you probably are if you're listening to this or if you're not you're aspiring to be in one

The journey towards leadership greatness never ends, okay?

And I just want to tell you this right now that the leadership is something you're consistently growing through leadership is not something that tomorrow

You're done, okay?

The best leaders are always a student because they understand that it is a consistent journey and it's a consistent development

And so therefore a leadership requires self-eval

Evaluation meaning anyone calling themselves a leader needs to be able and willing to hold up the mirror and ask
