Zicelli and Cheryl Stevens. Today in the hot seat is Matthew and Cina and

Matthew is a pretty interesting guy he came back from a talk recently.

I'm going to let him introduce himself in just a little bit.

But first, I want to kind of set up the conversation, the topic of what we're going to discuss today.

And conventional wisdom would state that if you went to school to a four-year program and you studied

hard and you did your best, that when you graduated, your kind of career path would be set for

you and you get wonderful things by going to school. You learn about who you are, it's

about self-discovery, about learning what you like and dislike, and figuring what do you want to do in your life.

But that's conventional wisdom and we live in the real world and many of us who pursue

a creative path.

It wasn't so clear and that's what we're going to be talking about today.

What do you do after you get out of school? Where do you go? How do you find what it is you love and

how do you succeed at that. that. Hey guys, you're probably wondering, why is Chris and company on Facebook Live all the time?

Well, we're recording another podcast, and today we're going to be talking about career paths and specifically we're going to talk about how do you know you're on the right path. Many of us went to school and conventional wisdom would say, and this is what your parents would tell you that if you go to a four-year program you get a college degree

You're gonna have a head start in life and you're gonna not only find out about who you are what you're good at at, but you're going to have a career and

it's going to be a long sustainable career. And that isn't always the case.
