Hey friends, welcome back to the podcast. I have some questions for you today. Do you ever feel like you can't step into

0:22.7

your calling until you get more experience or more education? Do you ever feel like you count up all

0:29.5

your skills and your resources and feel like you're just not enough? Do you ever shrink back in fear rather than step out in the

0:40.2

obedience that you know God wants you to when you feel underqualified? Well, I do very regularly.

0:48.6

And today we're going to talk about the truth that I preach to myself when I feel this way.

0:58.0

You see, so often I bring this topic to you because so often I find myself in my everyday callings, whether it's in motherhood

1:04.0

or in the work that I do, I regularly find myself kind of assessing and going, should I have

1:43.3

feel like, oh, I shouldn't even do public speaking

1:46.1

until I go take an eight-week course on this and get better at it. Not to say you shouldn't

1:52.5

take a course, but I often just like want to not do something because I feel like I should

1:57.6

have so much more coaching. Or I sometimes at times feel like even teaching the

2:04.4

Bible, something that I ultimately have a relationship with the Lord, but sometimes I feel like

2:09.2

am I even qualified to teach the Bible if I don't have multiple seminary degrees? If I don't know

2:14.6

the Greek or the Hebrew for something, gosh, should I even be teaching or

2:19.0

leading or discipling other women? Well, and sometimes as a leader, as a CEO, as a business owner,

2:27.3

sometimes I just shrink back and feel like, maybe I'm going to lead this business in the wrong
