How are you, friend?

0:16.1

I'm good.

0:18.1

I love our Ruth and Eve episodes because we actually get to catch up for real.

0:24.2

And these happen to be our loving, learning, and letting go episodes.

0:31.4

So we're going to get to that.

0:33.0

But how are you?

0:34.6

I feel like we both have kind of had a hard week.

0:37.4

Yeah, it's been kind of crazy. I was just

0:39.8

thinking I put on like a bright color today to try and like cheer myself up. Do you ever do that?

0:44.5

Like try and dress for how it looks good on you. It looks good on you. Where you're like,

0:48.0

I would like to feel put together today. So I will do this. Absolutely. Because you feel so much

0:52.7

worse if you literally just throw on the t-shirt that makes you look frumpy, you know? That might be comfortable, but you don't feel great. Yeah. Yeah, the other day I did this. I dressed up and I had on like a jacket and perfume and I was getting ready to leave just to go work. And Cody was like, why are you so dressed up? It's like, just faking it until I make it, babe. That's what we're doing. So anyway, yeah, it's kind of a dreary day in the Midwest. I'm ready for more sunshine. Do you guys still have snow? Are you like? Oh, it's so, it's so lovely. It's really spring. But I'm also sneezing my head off. So I think it's spring.

1:27.9

Yeah. Officially. That's how you know it's officially spring. I love. We can't share our entire

1:35.4

text thread with the audience here. But I think it was interesting that both of us were

1:41.6

basically saying like, why does it feel like, oh my goodness, it's like sluggish. It's hard to, I don't know what's wrong. I mean, we always know some things that are underlying, right? Some things that are wrong. I think for me, I haven't slept really well all week long. That could be partly hormonal. That could be stress. It could be that my brain loves to try to solve all my problems at about three in the morning. Because why not? And then, you know, I think we shared on my newsletter that I hurt my shoulder. And so, you know, thankfully a shot of cortisone and some PT is helping. And it's going to be okay. It's not like didn't break anything. But it's just

2:18.8

is that that kind of that ache, that annoying ache constantly on the arm that I use the most. And so

2:25.9

it's just been one thing after another and feeling probably just a little like, you know that feeling

2:32.5

when you're just like, nothing horrible's wrong

2:34.9

and I should be more grateful, but I just feel sad.

2:38.2

It just kind of want to go and cry for a few hours and deal with life.

2:42.6

Yeah.

2:43.2

I think I texted you.
