So I just got back from Toronto yesterday. I was with a client, another client who flew in with their entire team,

and they flew into Toronto to map out their membership site. So it was a good day.

Challenge was, I mean, the weather here has just been horrendous in terms of snow and ice rain

and all that kind of stuff. So yes, they were late getting in and it was a nightmare

getting up to them. But good news was we had an amazing day, head down, hammering through,

mapping out their membership site strategy. Now, the cool part was this was a client in a market

that I have never dealt with.

Okay, so it was fresh for me.

It was all new for me.

I was learning a lot.

And trust me, as I'm about to share with you, you'll see why I was learning a lot.

But from this came a very particular question.

I'm going to ask you the question in a minute.

And it is a question that you and I absolutely need to know the answer to.
