Well, Neo has ranked first in the JD Power, China New Energy Vehicle, customer experience index for the sixth year in a row.

But what drives Neo's success? Well, this study looks at the experiences of EV owners within the first two to 12 months of owning a new vehicle.

Looking at customer follow-up, information collection, delivery, the showroom experience,

purchasing and the experience of the product. And then they evaluate the customer service,

the energy service. In the service stage, factors assessed include things like service process,

service quality and initiation. And when you look at that in the domestic brand category,

Neo was the winner. That wasn't a perfect score. It was 798 on a scale of a thousand.

Lee Auto and Ex-Pung were just behind on 791 and 788, respectively. Zika, GAC ion, B-Y-D,

also scoring in the late 700. So it's not like Neo was far and away

above all of the others, but the survey noted an increase in issues related to public charging

stations rising to 44% from 31% reporting an issue with DC fast charging this time last year. So not just us, it's in China too.

Now, two days ago, on August 30th, BYD announced plans to acquire its German distributor. So BYD, until now,

have been using head-in electric mobility to get their cars on sale in Germany. I think it's not

unfair to say that BYD's experience in Germany has not matched their aspirations. Let's put it that way.

You could call it a bit of a damp squib at the minute. So they're going to try something else.
