And we begin with a color conundrum for Sunday's Super Bowl.

For the first time in the 54 year history of the game, the

matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers is between

two teams with red as their primary jersey.

That's also the color each team wore to win their two post-season games,

so there's a lot of superstition at play.

But the NFL says they can't face off sporting what is a very similar shade.

So because the AFC champ is considered this Super Bowl's home team, Kansas City gets first

dips. Not surprisingly, the chiefs are going with their tried and true red the Chief's

are going with their tried and true red jersey and white pants.

The 49ers will be in white jerseys and gold pants.

Today is day seven of the impeachment trial of President Trump and the tug of

war over witnesses continues. Democrats want to add them Republicans do not. Lost in the political cracks are the Iowa

caucuses, the first big test of popularity for those hoping to win the White House

in November. Voters there will have their say on Monday, and the result could set the tone for the rest of the presidential race.

The state's biggest paper has endorsed Senator Elizabeth Warren,

but she is not the Democratic front runner.

Depending on which poll voters believe the lead is currently held by either Senator

Bernie Sanders or former Vice President Joe Biden.

The NBA almost never reschedules, but when the LA Lakers told the league they aren't

yet ready to play, it really had no choice.
