This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

All right, this is a story out of New York, and it has to do with an anti-vaxxer.

And it's still going on, by the way, the anti-vaccination, anti-immunization people.

It sort of become part and parcel of,

I wouldn't say, full-blown, the conspiracy world. I mean, there are crazy conspiracy theories out there.

One of them being, of course, that Q andON is the answer, and that the January 6th, the folks

who overran the Capitol are heroes and the election issue, election deniers, that's all

conspiracy stuff. This one has to do with the anti-vaxers.

And I think there is some legitimacy for people who just don't believe in vaccinations.

I think they're wrong.

I know, well, I know people who, for legitimate reasons, react to vaccinations and just say, I'm willing to take a chance on getting whatever I'm being vaccinated against.

This one has gone to sort of a new level.

And this has to do with a midwife who's just been issued a $300,000 fine.

And what she did was she created false immunization records

for about 1,500 school-age kids all through New York State.

And this started 2019 school year right after the elimination of non-medical exemptions.

There used to be a parent could simply say, I don't want my kid to be vaccinated.

I mean, during COVID, it was kind of nuts.

And so most states said, nope, it's only medical exemptions by a doctor or someone who is authorized. I don't know if

she was authorized to issue those immunization records. I have no idea. But I do know that she lied and created false ones for kids who were perfectly healthy and had no medical reason for not getting a vaccination.

She's a licensed midwife, Jeanette Breen. And what she did is supply kids with a whole series homeopathic oral pellets saying that this is just as good.

It's sort of some kind of supplement and then falsify the immunization records and the pellets who what she said and other conspiracy people say these are as good.
