This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice where I tell you you have absolutely no suit and no case.

Now, I love this one.

This one is out of New York.

New York, yes.

And it involves a Madonna lawsuit.

And two New York concert goers are suing her and Live Nation, the promoter of the event,

and Barclays Center, where the event was in fact where the concert was, so suing everybody,

and what they're suing her for, were they injured? No. Did they buy something from the concession stand?

No. Did she scream and humiliate them by name at the concert?

No.

What she did is she started her show late,

and they had to get up early the next day.

Michael Fellows and Jonathan Haddon bought tickets for a celebration tour concert at Barclay Center. The tickets said the show would begin at 8.30.

Madonna didn't take the stage until after 1045.

And the men said at that point, the show let out at 1 a.m. and they were confronted with limited public

transportation i am now quoting limited ride sharing and or increased public and private transportation

costs and they want it certified as a class action suit.

And they're going forward.

The lawsuit doesn't stop there.

They're suing Madonna, the promoter, the center for, quote,

unconscionable, unfair, and or deceptive trade practices

for promising the public that the concert would begin at 830,
