about new electric vehicle startup company, Bighton.

Tesla stock on the day closed up 1.14% to $340.6 cents, compared to the NASDAQ down 0.51%.

Supercharger network update, we are currently at 1,139 supercharging locations

with one new station opening up in New York.

Continuing yesterday's theme on competition, I thought we would with one new station opening up in New York.

I thought we would spend a little bit of time today talking about

startups.

Unfortunately, we haven't really seen much progress in this area from startup companies.

Probably even more, unfortunately, the startup that's gotten the most

attention over the last couple of years has been Faraday Future. Suffice it to say my opinion on

Faraday Future is extremely low. I think that they made many mistakes along the way in terms of trying

to take on too much and pack in too many things into their vehicle rather than just

starting from a pretty simple base and expanding upon that.

They also seemed way too focused on marketing and hipping up their vehicle than the actual

product.

And even when it came to sort of their factory production plans that were, even in those plans, in those plans a little bit grandiose with their vision in terms of what they hope to create.

So it's been no surprise to me that this year they have pretty much failed. I don't think we're going to hear much from

fair to future going forward, which is disappointing because despite all of the unnecessary

hype that I think they created, that did draw a lot of attention to them as one of the players in the electric vehicle

startup space so for them to fail was a little bit of a setback I think for electric
