And we begin with the cost of a family vacation to the happiest place on Earth

taking a decidedly unhappy turn.

Disneyland in California just hiked ticket prices ahead of this summer's opening of its $1 billion

Star Wars attraction.

The new feature covers 14 acres

making it the largest single-themed edition ever at a Disney Park. The impact

on your parents wallet? Prices are up as much as 25%. The cheapest

single park day pass is now $104, while peak one-day park hopper passes will

cost $199. Disney World in Florida is Copper Passes will cost 199.

Disney World in Florida is also opening a Star Wars land,

but not until fall.

No word yet on price changes there.

Those who follow all things Disney still expect record turnouts at both locations.

As we told you yesterday, 19-year-old Trevor Lawrence led Clemson to a stunning beat-down of Alabama

Trevor is a true freshman, which means he was in high school just last year.

Scouts say he was a standout on the field by the eighth grade

and sports writers are calling him the best college quarterback since Peyton Manning,

who just so happens to be his idol.
