I've learned a few things in running a creative agency for the

last 21 years in one of the most competitive markets, Los Angeles. My hope is that

Sitting to my right is Noah. She's a recent graduate from the MFA program at Cal Arts.

We're having a wonderful lunch at 10 degrees and the conversation was so lively I decided to invite

her to come into the studio with me and talk a little bit about her experiences as a designer

working in the industry.

Now if you haven't met Noah before,

just let me describe her to you.

She looks like a typical Southern California girl.

She's got a very slight build, kind ofanky longer than shoulder length brown hair and she

wears these brightly colored turquoise glasses but the looks can be deceiving

where are you from originally, no, huh?

I'm actually from Saudi Arabia.
