Hello everyone, I'm doing things a little bit differently this episode.

I will be interviewing comedian and podcast host Scott Curtis on this episode.

I usually record this part after I've spoken with the guest, but I decided to do it this

way. We'll see if my hopes and dreams live up to the actual interview. And if it doesn't,

I'll maybe just record this intro. What's got Curtis, as you'll find out, I'm sure he is a very

late bloomer to comedy. He started at age 50, I believe it was, was the first time he started

comedy and then he started his Beyond the Bits podcast, which is really a good comedy podcast.

I've enjoyed listening to that, preparing for this show. And I will say it's one of the

podcasts I'm glad I've stumbled upon. It's one I am now following on Spotify and will continue

to do so even after I'm done speaking with Mr. Curtis. So we'll talk to him in just a bit.

I'm hoping I can be lively and spirited. I had, did not have my children this weekend and I had

a doozy of a weekend. You know, one thing that really, I know I took a picture at one point

of, I think, just the, the bay. I was out on a boat Sunday. It was really fun. I don't think I've

been on a boat since COVID's happened. Frankly, the boating seems like one of the safer things to do,

like you're out in the open air. All of that, not really sure what the reason is. I just,

actually, haven't seen a lot of people I saw yesterday for a while. So it was fun. We went to

Island Grill and I'll call them out by name because I'm going back to my my keto thing that drives

everyone crazy. I can't get mixed drinks at any bars anymore. So I just have to order crown

royal on the rocks and I gotta give it to them. That was a full glass, not too much ice, but they

filled that thing up. So definitely enjoyed the pours and definitely enjoyed having a good time.

And also I realized I discovered that my, I used to have this instinct or that I think usually

did me well. It was things are getting fuzzy. It's time for me to get out of here. It's maybe not
