taught me that I could live off of coffee and peanut m&M as long as I worked out.

See when I was growing up my mom literally lived on the

coffee and M&M's diet. She was start her day with a cup of coffee and a cup of

peanut M&M's. Now we both learned I would say several years down the line that this wasn't true.

I started experiencing hormone chaos in my late 20s and early 30s and it had everything to do with my constant rushing, my eating habits, my

endless sedulous, and saying yes to too many things. I literally didn't have time to eat. I prided myself on eating while being on the move like all

super women out there. I mean who had time to eat when they were real priorities to tackle every single day.
