first podcast. Well, welcome to Wonderland. And speaking of Wonderland, you live in your own a little bit of a wellness wonderland.

Could you just kind of start us in right there and tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey to be a wellness blogger in L.A.

And I know that you wanted to start your blog kind of to get to know your city. Could

you talk a little bit about just kind of your, not only your wellness journey, but your

journey to taking that onto the blog platform? Yes. And I don't, telling the whole life story,

but I'm from a really small rural town.

We're talking like 550 people.

And I stayed in school for a very long time and collected a lot of alphabets behind my name.
