You know your son likes his teacher, but you don't really know too much about her.

You know your daughter must be learning something as you see various worksheets in the backpack.

And you notice that she's using some bigger vocabulary words now and then.

But when you ask her what she's learned at school today, her response is nothing.

You wave and smile the teachers occasionally pop into a party or assembly where parents are invited and assume that no news is good news, right?

But is this enough?

I mean, this is where your child is spending six or more hours every single day.
