It is now time for Sam Webb's one-on-one with Dusty May as we get ready for tonight's matchup, Michigan versus Purdue. So let's get to it. Sam and Dusty here on The Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTKA. Had to make it a point to get with Dusty on what is going to be another epic week in Michigan basketball. So first of all, Dusty, how you doing this morning? Good, Sam. How about yourself? Doing great, man. Glad to have you as always. And as I was saying,

as we were coming in, it's been a fun, thrill-filled ride with Michigan basketball this season

with a series of, look, every team is going to be tested in the Big Ten, and this is true every single year.

But Dusty, whenever you're on the road in the Big Ten feels like any team you play

can always, you know, kind of step up their game and give you a scare, if not beat you.

And we saw that be the case last week against Northwest.

Yeah, Northwestern credit to them.

They played really well, especially in the first half.

And they have a couple of matchups that are challenges against anyone.

And we didn't play our best, and they played really well.

Fortunately, we had great contributions off the bench, and we're able to, it's incredible

how quickly our guys can erase a deficit.

Obviously, we're not super familiar with playing from behind this season, but it's comforting

to know that when we are down, that we can refer back to games like that

and maybe just give us some life and some positivity because I do think that that belief is

part of your DNA, which allows you to come back.

You know, adversity sort of, it can reveal some things, and it's not like this was the

first time your team

faced adversity of this season but it's definitely the biggest deficit of the season and it's on

the road so you're down 16 in the second half aside from any adjustments that you may have made because

I want to talk about that did you notice anyone or was it collectively uh something that a trigger you saw something that you noticed

as far as you know the lead up to that comeback when you're down 16 points I think it was like
