There was another story that returned to the news yesterday that is just mind blowing at this point.

So we've talked on the show about Brendan Sorsby, the former Cincinnati quarterback that transferred to Texas Tech.

And then he, although I don't think he's actually officially been suspended yet,

but he was caught gambling and betting lots on, including on teams that he participated.

And so he's not going to be eligible.

There's conversation about, you know, should you go to the, the other, I'm, wow,

I'm blanking on the other draft they have, the auxiliary drafts.

I'm blanking on the name of it.

The NFL has.

And they don't always have it.

But should he leave and go pro and find a way to get the NFL now if he's not going to be eligible?

Because he's not going to be eligible.

So Brennan Sorsby's lawyers yesterday filed a lawsuit against the NCAA seeking a court order restoring

his eligibility for the upcoming season at Texas Tech.

The case was filed despite the NCAA, not even making a final decision about his eligibility,

but obviously it's a preemptive strike because they know he's going to be ruled ineligible.

Brennan Sorosby bet on Indiana football in 2022 when he was a part of the Indiana football team.

He then transferred to Cincinnati

and then obviously had more success there

and then he transferred to,

since transferred to Texas Tech
