talking about Brendan Sourdesby, uh, filing an injunction to, to regain his eligibility.

Folks who don't know, he, he is a, he has a gambling issue, uh uh which doesn't really coincide with being a you know not even a

you know certainly not a college athlete but not even a pro athlete i mean but he didn't commit

the violation while in the pros so so technically still eligible for that.

But college football, one of the things you can't do is bet.

It's been laid out very, very clearly.

It has been, it was certainly in the aftermath of a rash of NFL suspensions a couple years back.

It was something that was emphasized even more across sports lines to the various athletes.

So I didn't know rationale doesn't work.

The rationale that Brendan Sourdesby is using, though, is, to me, missing maybe his best

opportunity, if you want to call it that.

I'm surprised he didn't argue that he has an addiction, that this is a disease.

It might have been a part of, he might have put that in there, honestly, that might have

been a part of it too, but in the end, none of it holds water.

Sam, there are every facility, there's training, there's all that stuff.

You are told, you can't do this.

And arguing that because your team stunk or that you didn't point shave or you like not or I did it to be closer to my team.

All of that is ridiculous.

And he, the fact that Jeffrey Kessler is one of the lawyers in the case is very curious because he generally doesn't take, it's like Tom Mars, right?

He doesn't generally take cases that aren't like slam dunks or close to it.
