You know, IRA, as we were talking to Sam there, and you know this better than a lot of people because you did a show with Concordia, but it's obviously the end of an era over there.

And it just feels like it was inevitable that Michigan was going to get that property.

It's a great piece of property with a new athletic facility on it.

And so, you know, you wonder what the use of it be ashamed to tear the athletic facility down when they just built it for the most part.

Yeah.

So that's the north side of the Concordia property.

They have the track complex, the new football stadium, which is multi-sport stadium, I should say. They would take a little bit of work. It would be a lot, my guess would be a lot cheaper to paint over all the red and black and change out all the red and black and put in maize in blue. Then it would be to tear everything down and start from scratch. I don't know what their plans are.

But to me, it seems like a great facility for intermurals. They already had the IM fields that are a little right down the street, so it's not that much further down. What is that? Fuller? Yeah. Yep. Fuller turns into Gettys right there. So there are options. I don't know if there are, you know, programs on North Campus in particular that have outgrown their facilities and they want to build new ones right down the street because

that would be geographically fairly close.

So I don't know what the school's plans are, but yes, Sam, it seemed very inevitable

that there were only two groups of people that it seemed like could bid on that property.

One is Michigan, and they probably, for the most part, have bottomless pockets to buy that land.

Relatively, relatively speaking.

And then the other would be a Wolverine Tower.

Right.

And then the other would be a developer that would be buying the land to build it because you're on the river and there's some amazing as you said it's a great piece of property i used to love asking the concordia

kids what spot or spots on campus are like hidden gems to go like hang out and like be you know

quiet time or you know cool place to study or something like that talking about going down to the

river and doing other stuff it's an amazing property whole, the whole lot of it is an amazing

property on both sides of, um, those of Gettys right there. So there are a lot of options of what

they can do with it. I'm very intrigued. I would hope that the north side of it, that they keep
