0:22.8	So what are we going to talk about today?
0:25.2	You know, last time we gave kind of an overview of the team model and why you develop that.
0:32.9	How it evolved from cognitive behavior therapy to address some of the shortcomings.
0:37.3	CBT was fabulous and
0:39.2	did a lot. There's been more research on it probably than any form of psychotherapy in history.
0:44.4	But it works for many people, but not everybody. And finding out why, the answer, why is that?
0:51.5	Yeah. That's what led to the development of team therapy.
0:55.7	So, you know, I think that we may want to be a little bit more specific about the various components.
1:03.0	So what are we going to talk about today?
1:04.9	Well, we'll go over the T equals testing.
1:08.1	In the last podcast, we mentioned T is testing, E is empathy, A is agenda setting, M as methods.

1:15.2	And this is the proximate linear sequence that you do things in a therapy session.
