I stayed up way too late to watch the end of the basketball game that I was very certain

should have been a belts to ass game, but ended up not being a belts to ass game.

It was a humble game.

Yeah, it was a late night a little later.

One comment, we'll get to the game in a moment, but a quick comment.

Can the TV networks just get over this facade that basketball games now fit in a two-hour window? Right. First of all, they start them 12 minutes or 11 minutes after the original start time. But every game in this triple header that the Big Ten network had yesterday, they started a second game and the third game started 10 or 11 minutes after start time, which is fine.

But there were still like that long gap where there was overlap.

And we just need to get over this facade.

Games take closer to two and a half hours now.

The game last night, there was no overtime.

There was no, in fact, it wasn't actually close at the actual end.

It was a dogfight throughout the course of the second half. But the game took like two and a half hours. And I know that game, you know, some of it's commercial inventory, although that's not a lot of it. Most of it's replay and review and other delays that happen within the game. But it just takes longer. So just a total aside, I was thinking about that last night because I know a lot of people could not see the beginning of the game, because if you're watching on Big Ten Network, if you didn't have an app available, the Fox Sports app available, you missed the beginning of the game. And so I know there was some, they did a fair amount of double box on the TV, but it's not the same. And thankfully, I did have the app,

and I was able to watch the beginning of the game, but still, it's dumb. Total aside, a lot to get

on the show this day, on the show this morning a little bit. In a little bit, we're going to get to Michigan men's cross coach, Kevin Conner, for our weekly check-in with coach. I think we have some nice weather coming on Saturday for a home game.

It looks like it's going to be 40s and sunny maybe.
