And there's really not that much movie and TV news to talk about because I think people were

out for Thanksgiving over the past several days. So there's a couple things that I'll drop a link to in the show notes.

There's like a new release date for a live action Ninja Turtles movie and a Sonic

universe spinoff film.

And Universal is talking about maybe potentially going back to the well and doing like a

wicked three or some sort of movie in the wicked universe, like an adjacent

story. So I'll drop those links there. You can check those out if you're interested in those

particular subjects. But I want to take a minute to shout out the work Brad has done on the

slash film gift guides this year. I'm going to link to all five of his articles in the show notes.

But now that we're into December, if you're

looking for some holiday gifts for the person in your life who loves movies and TV shows, these

articles have a ton of great stuff in them to give you some really good ideas. I want to highlight

a few things that are included in that list. First up is a book called Frankenstein by

Sheila O'Malley. That is an in-depth look

at Guillermo del Toro's newest movie. It has a ton of stunning photography in there, but also a bunch

of concept art and some early sketches from Del Toro himself. GDT is quoted all throughout the book,

and O'Malley did interviews with all the department heads and

people like Oscar Isaac who wrote the introduction to the book. So if you liked the movie and

want to know more about how it was made, this book is a must read. I also want to shout out

Jay Glennie's book, The Making of Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which is another
