Hi. Hello. This is nice, isn't it? This is nice. This is going to be a big catch-up for us.

Our first solo podcast of the year. Yeah. We like to do these like every now and again, maybe every

four to six weeks because, you know, sometimes with a guess, we don't get to talk about what we've

been up to. How are you? I'm all right. I'm good. I'm, yeah, I don't know. Just, I really

enjoyed having a break at Christmas and I think it really has made January Rayful quite nice.

Is it New Year, New You?

No, not New Year New You, but I definitely don't feel as stressed out as, you know, you can do when it's January.

I'm like taking the pressure off a bit.

Lots of people hate January.

And I see it as a proper reset for the year. Yeah.

I wish that every month, not the darkness, but I love the fact that you can really kind of

knuckle down and get cozy and you don't, there's no pressure to go out because lots

people are doing dry jam, lots of people don't really want to meet up, everyone's kind of

having a big pause. Yeah. And I feel feel like everyone sort of in that sort of sorting out

phase like whether they're like sorting out their house or they're sorting out holidays for the

year or they sort you know everyone's sort of in a bit of a planningy kind of i don't know i like

it i like i don't mind january i don't. I don't really like the darkness, but quite like it. Yeah, but then I think is it probably like not even 30 days from now, it's like at 7 o'clock again. Oh, no, because we've had the longest day of the year. Yeah, so it's on the up. We're on the up, guys. Longest or shortest, sorry.
