but he also carries on his philosophy which is simply you can have everything in life you want

if you will just help enough other people get what they want.

Absolutely well Ziegler my father said that and I've lived that mantra and I've watched him

live it on a daily basis.

The thing that amazes me is how well he lived it when nobody was watching.

And so for me that's what I try to do too is to serve people who unexpectedly don't anticipate

your serving whether it's on an airplane with the flight attendant or out at a restaurant or whatever

that's what I try to do and then that's what we teach here because the message that we convey

and speak about is best demonstrated through action.
