And it was only recently brought to a close, like as of last year.

Zeb Wayne Quinn was born on May 12th 1981 in Asheville, North Carolina.

He was described as a shy kid who had trouble focusing in school.

While at Roberson High School he joined the ROTC program. His mom said that outside of school and ROTC,

he spent most of his time at home his senior year intending to pay his way through

college after graduation he got a job at Walmart he was reliable he never

called in sick or called it at all.

He's like the exact opposite of me as an employee.

No, he was always there, he was always on time.

And he was only a part-time employee but he found himself putting in a lot of

hours especially for a young kid in school.

After he graduated in 1999 he was working in the electronics

department picking up extra ships whenever he was able to and he had rolled

at the Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College.

In addition to paying his way through school, Zep was saving his money for a new car.

He had a Mazda Protege and he wanted to trade it in for a Mitsubishi

Eclipse. Oh, I remember those. Which is Peak, peak 2000.

Oh yeah.

When he was ready, he was talking to people.
