Rebecca Schaefer. That actually is a good segue because before we get started I want to address

why we didn't put out an episode last week and I know in the grand scheme of things is it sounds kind of bad to say like we don't really

owe anyone an explanation but I just feel like it's good to say you know just put it out there

We didn't forget about you guys, but like I had some stuff going on in my house and I had a horrible mental health week and in 2023 pretty girls are

Prioritizing mental health and not overworking ourselves to where we like resent things that we love.

So this... Like the podcast.

Like the podcast. And I just had so much in my home life going on last week that kind of triggered like a mental health

spiral for myself and so it was not a good week and then literally I got everything going and pretty much I think my husband and I are left standing but we my entire house has

neurovirus which if you're not familiar with it is the most disgusting

stomach virus you can have and my oldest picked it up first it's been going

around our schools my neighbor had it it's it's going around everywhere right now in good old Ohio.

This is just like pewky, pewky stomach, machey.

My oldest described it as a volcano from both ends.

So poor buddy, that sucks.

Yeah, because he's 12 and like he's fine, like he,

I was able to like kind of quarantine him and I was like oh he's you know we caught it the school called and honestly I thought he just had to poop and just able to poop at school because they say his stomach was hurting and he walked in the door and was like,

like all over the place.

So which is why this episode is coming out on Thursday

because, you know, just shit happens, man.
