Gooday Joe. Look I've had I think more requests to cover Trump as a cult

than just about any other actual cult.

So I'm so grateful that you're joining and as I was just telling you before we started recording,

please be gentle with my ego

because this is the first time I've known vastly less than my than my guest on

this podcast. I will absolutely I'll just assume that everybody knows as much as I do that's the easiest way

easiest way to go forward and you know that I always find that's that's the easiest thing

with Trump because everybody knows

something something about Trump and starting to talk about Donald Trump as

though you're the only one who truly understands this phenomenon that everybody has spent five years

thinking about it to some level or another.

Obsessing over.

Obsessing over I think is quite presumptuous.

So yeah, basically my approach to Trump is that maybe I have just read about it a little bit more than most people but I certainly don't assume that I that I know that much more than others and I'm often surprised by how much other people know about it.

It's a weird to hear humility in this context when the least humble person.
