Summary

Chopping it up with fellow fitness pro Zach Turnure today on the JSF podcast. Zach attended The Ohio State University on a lacrosse scholarship. During his sophomore year in 2014, Zach decided to walk on to the Ohio State football team as a linebacker where he became a National Champion. In 2017, Zach was awarded a full-ride scholarship on the football team and started in every game his Senior season on special teams and as a fullback on the Offense. Post-college he participated in Ohio State’s NFL Pro Day and was invited to workout with the Cleveland Browns.

Zach is now a certified Personal Trainer in Columbus, Ohio and holds his Master of Business Administration (MBA), ISSA and USAW certifications. Through in person and online coaching, Zach helps former athletes transform (physically and mentally) into everyday athletes through training, nutrition and personal development. He and his fiance also have a collaborative podcast called, 'The Life Rewired' podcast.
