Many defendants pled out in the YSL RICO Case. Only 2 defendants remained - Deamonte Kendrick (aka Yak Gotti) and Shannon Stillwell. Kendrick was found not guilty on all the counts against him, and Stillwell was found guilty only on one count: Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Stillwell was sentenced in court to 10 years, only two to serve in jail, and he was credited with time already served and the rest is probation. I'm sure Jeffery Williams aka Young Thug's attorney is kicking himself right now, but it was his defendant's choice to plead open to the court and that needed to be accepted.
