Summary

Episode 284 features Jeromy Marcano-González of TropiBites. We're talking about how Jeromy turned his love for hospitality into content creation. Listen now!

Jeromy Marcano-González is a proud Puerto Rican who has called Atlanta “home” since 2017. He’s passionate about all things food and beverage and has worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years.

His passion came from growing up with a grandmother who loved to cook and understood the power of food and gathering as a family. Seeing and helping her cook for these gatherings with so much love ignited a flame within him that he stills carries to this day.

Jeromy knew his entire life that he wanted to create something that was his — a restaurant, coffee shop, food truck, etc. It wasn’t until 2023 that he finally let all fear behind him and created TropiBites, an outlet to showcase the beauty of Puerto Rican and other Latin cuisines.

He now hopes to continue showing his love for food and gathering amongst loved ones, just like his abuela did, with each bite and sip.

You can follow Jeromy on InstagramFacebook & Pinterest.
