Hey everybody. Today we're going to talk about quality over quantity and which one is better,

especially for YouTube.

My name is Henry G. This is the Positive Mindset Podcast where we use positivity to build a better mindset.

Now, when it comes to YouTube, especially my YouTube channel, I've gone for the quantity approach so far,

where I was putting out up to five videos a week, really just getting an idea

of what I wanted to talk about and then making a video about it. And it started out, I was doing

it as the Five and Grind podcast where I was making each video and just, you know, posting it,

boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. I was filming every video in the morning around 5 a.m.

Editing it, posting it in that same day.

I was using Tube Buddy, which I still do use, but I was using Tube Buddy to make the thumbnails.

And it was a real quick process just to get it out there and move on to the next one.

So from there, I've really started diving into what makes a YouTube video successful

and what's going to make A, more people watch it, and B, more people subscribe.

And I've started to figure out the recipe of how to get more people to watch my videos

with kind of understanding a little bit of SEO and how to rank a video.

And to do this, I actually used

Fiverr. I hired somebody to run my channel for a week and they just did SEO on my channel. And I

saw what they were doing and kind of just worked backwards from what they did to understand how you can

make a video. So now I started having all these videos rank, but people weren't subscribing to them.

So they'd watch my video. And so basically I would get the first, when I post the video,
