For the last several years, YouTube has been navigating a giant uncharted problem.

Misinformation that can be harmful, that can damage our democracy on the eve of the election.

And then there's the spreading of hate and conspiracy theories

and the impact of it all on our kids.

Some of these videos have had real consequences.

They've radicalized people,

inspired violence, and can influence how people vote.
