Shraya, let's start with you. How did you get involved in environmental activism? You're a high school

student. How did it start? Well, basically, I'd known about climate change for the past few years, but I think I really started getting involved with it when I heard Alliance for Climate Education speak at my school about a year ago. Some of them were actually here with us. There's Alicia and Ashel and Emily and Ashley. Their presentation was incredibly inspiring and dynamic.

And my friend, Daniela, and I, after watching it, we decided to apply for one of the environmental

grants they offered. And we ended up winning over the summer. And we had a smart energy
