You can open doors to a spirit of witchcraft without ever touching the occult.

And it happens through gossip, okay?

It happens through the way we speak about people.

And it even happens sometimes through prayer.

Because the truth is, not every concern you have for someone else is necessarily coming from a place of love, right?

Not every spiritual conversation is led by the Holy Spirit.

And not every prayer is necessarily 100% of the time from a motive of surrender.

So in this video, we're going to talk about how gossip, accusation, and certain kinds of prayer

can indeed function as witchcraft principles, not because you're trying to do something evil, but because control

and fear and pride and offense can hide and masquerade under spiritual language or even spiritual

practice. Okay. So we're going to talk about the power of the tongue. We're going to talk about

the motive behind our prayers and how spiritual authority gets misused when the heart is not in

alignment with God's will or surrendered to God's will. Because before we focus on what's out there, right, the witchcraft out there, we need to talk about the witchcraft principles right here in the church, like in our very conversations, even in our prayer lives.

Because if we don't confront this, we will keep wondering why there's division, why there's strife, why there's heaviness,

why there's powerlessness, all of these things, when the issue has literally been sitting

under your nose all along, because that's where your mouth is. Most Christians don't think

they are engaged in gossip. I mean, from what I have observed in church culture,

a lot of the time, gossip kind of comes sounding pretty spiritual because it masquerades

is discernment or it sounds like a concern, you know, oh, we just need to pray for them, right? And because it

wears this language of righteousness, the conscience doesn't necessarily get altered. But the

thing is, gossip always begins the way any other sin begins.

And that is with an unsurrendered heart.
