Wally and Gavin, if I were to ask you, what is the best age, or is there even a good age,

to let a child have a phone?

Oh.

What would you say?

I, we went through this with my daughter, and it wasn't until she was in middle school

that she got a phone, but man, I'll tell you, like, I would say 16. And I know that's hard because they, like, oh, my friends have one. And it's like, yeah, but this is damaging you. That's how old I was. 16, and I, it was a flip phone. I'm grateful that I didn't have, like, a touch phone with social media. Because I'd I social media I'd wait even longer yeah for sure

yeah 16's good well you actually agree with science oh they even say they're like even they're saying

the bare minimum age you should give a child a phone is 13 but that's the bare minimum but they're saying

it should go as high as 16, like y'all are saying.

And the main reason is because, like you were talking about, it has to deal with, if your kid has a phone before 13 years of age, they tend to show more depression, aggression, and emotionally unstableness by their mid-20s.
