So it has been a pretty incredible week, I have to say, overall, with all the news about home sales,

with all the news about really all the different, you know, the portals, the zillows and the trillions,

and the trillions, all that Mickey Mouse, all the best, that, and the other. But the story

that really jumps out at me more than any other is a story that actually came out this morning

that basically said that pretty much

every housing tracking expert believes that half of the sales that would have happened already this

year have been pushed back. In other words, they're going to be starting in the next 30 days

going forward. So what you guys would have been experiencing in terms of new listings and buyer activity and new opportunity, blah, blah, blah, over January, February, March.

Hasn't happened.

Half of it hasn't happened statistically because of the weather.
