to align with the truth of God's word. Friend, I'm so glad you're here. My name is

Carrie Green. If you're new to the morning

I said, welcome. I'm glad you're here. Many of you know, some of you may not. We have a

nonprofit that we began a few years ago that helps believers in Jesus Christ.

Give toward the needs of other believers in Jesus Christ with practical real world needs.

We have a couple of campaigns left before the end of the year that we're trying to finish out.

We would love for you to prayerfully consider how you might be able to help.

If you could go to not a needy person.org check it out. I would love to have your participation in getting these needs

met. Now yesterday I spoke to you about the fact that we are aliens on planet Earth.

Jesus himself said, we are not of this world.

Now the reason I bring it up is because today

we're going to be looking at a continuation

of that concept in what Jesus has to say today.

We are in John Chapter 17, looking at verses 17 through 19, and Jesus is praying to his

father about his disciples.

Now in this context he's talking about his original

12 disciples, but this applies to us as well

because the rest of scripture teaches these same truths regarding us.

So let's hear what Jesus says to us.

He's praying to the Father and he says sanctify them, that's his disciples, sanctify them in the truth.

Your word is truth.
