Summary

Self love is magical. Spring is a natural time for renewal, and this is your reminder to come back to self love in a grounded way. Not a full reset, not a glow up, just a check-in. A moment to notice what feels good, what feels off, and where you might need a little more care from yourself right now.

And so now without further ado, let's just dive in and make the short, sweet, and succinct.

1:18.5

Do you think I can do that?

1:20.4

Although quick caveat, the last question is arguably the hardest and it's a three-parter because leave it to me to do a three-part question within one

1:28.8

question. So I guess technically this multiplies the amount of questions. In any case, let's just

1:35.1

stick with three questions to ask yourself as a self-love check-in this spring. Hi, hello, welcome to

Mary's Cup of Tea, the self-love podcast for women, though

all self-lovers are welcome here. I'm Mary. I write and speak about self-love, and I'm best known for

my book, the gift of self-love, and I also host retreats for women. And this is the podcast

that will inspire you to love yourself. Number one, what can I choose to

interpret as magic? What can I choose to interpret as magic? This reminds me of one of our

rules, well, I call them collective agreements. So one of the things that retreat sisters
