In this episode, I want to focus on your relationship with your art and your

relationship with you the artist who creates it. I think it's helpful to realize

that you do have a relationship with your art.

And so you kind of want to create a relationship that is healthy, right?

When you consider it this way, you see your habits and your expectations in a way that you may not have noticed or thought of before.

And I think this is so important because how we see ourselves as an artist, how we understand

our relationship with our art and our relationship with ourselves as the artist who creates it,

that determines what we do, what we create, and how we show up for ourselves in the studio.

One of the things I do with artists that I work with is I teach them how to get super

clear on what they want from their art so that they can make decisions about what to prioritize and where to invest their time.

I think that viewing your art as a relationship really helps us do that.

And I want you to feel empowered in your studio and in your art business because from that space of empowerment

What you will be able to create is limitless how you think about your art how you see yourself as the creator of the art, how you see yourself as a business person, determines how you feel about those areas.

And depending on how you interpret it you might feel empowered and excited and

open to possibility or you might feel discouraged frustrated or closed down and there are of course lots of lots of ranges in between, but

becoming aware of how you are experiencing these areas is important because how

you feel determines what you will do or what you won't do.

And there's a huge difference in the results that you get when you show up to your studio and you create from a place of excitement and empowerment
