But if you're listening to this, I would bet that you guys are already part of a coaching program, part of a gym, you maybe watch my stuff on YouTube and Instagram and you follow it and you integrate some of it and you have some friends who are into physical activity. And obviously nowadays, there's more gyms and coaching programs that there's ever been in the history of time. So I think more people are active than ever. People still give the bullshit excuses of why they can't make it and do it. But for the most part, we are more active. So if you're one of those people who are already making time for the gym and physical activity, the X factor for you is probably your food and probably your relationship with food |

It's always going to weigh in your mind. And if you're like me, you probably think about food, you know, almost 24-7. And, you know, What am I going to eat my next meal? |
